Former New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress has been released from a prison in upstate New York.
Burress was released from prison in Rome, N.Y. around 9 a.m. EDT on Monday. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, greeted him in the parking lot.
Burress, who turns 34 in August, has been serving out his sentence for a felony gun possession conviction.
Hopefully Plax gets an opportunity to try out for a NFL team and try to regain his career. All the best Mr. Burress.
